Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada.
Q: I'm in Canada. Will I be charged any extra fees?
A: While Scanovus pays for the shipping, orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Scanovus. The carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) may charge a brokerage fee to handle these taxes. Returns & Exchanges
